Body Found Behind Building in Downtown Selma
A death investigation is underway in Selma after a body is found behind a building in downtown Selma.
Police say the body of a black male was discovered behind a vacant building on the 400 block of Broad Street just before 9 o’clock this morning.
They say the man may have been living behind the building and his body may have been back there for a couple of days.
Police are now trying to identify the body and locate any family.
They say the body will be sent to forensics to determine the cause of death.Â
