The Lowndes County Sheriffs deputies are investigating a knife attack.
Sheriff John Williams say it happened just after 6:00pm last night in the 6 thousand block of State Highway 97 south in Letohatchee. The victim is identified as Gerardo Biera. He was taken to a Montgomery hospital with life threatening injuries last night. Accoring to Lowndes County officials, Gerardo Biera has died.
There have been no arrest so far.
