Arrest Made in Lowndes County Fatal Stabbing
   Lowdnes county deputies have arrested Randall Downs for the stabbing death of Gerado Biera.
   Biera was stabbed on state hwy 97 in Letohatchee Tuesday night.
   Downs is being held on a 100 thousand dollars bond.
   Sheriff’s deputies are still investigating the the cause of this incident.
