Prosecutors Seek Death Penalty for Thomas May
Prosecutors want a man sentenced to death after his conviction of killing a woman at a community college.
A jury recommended that Thomas May be sentenced to life without parole. May was convicted of killing his mother-in-law in 2011 at Southern Union Community College in Opelika.
His wife was hurt. May’s sentencing is set for May 21st.
