Covington County Man Arrested on Sex Charges
 Covington county officials arrest a man on sodomy charges.
   Chad Mills is charged with sexually abusing a 12-year-old boy over a two year period in Covington county.
   Investigators say Mills was a child’s caregiver during the alleged abuse.
   He is in jail on a 300 thousand dollars bond.
