Dallas County DA Files Motion Against Teacher Jailed on Sex Charges

The Dallas County District Attorney’s office has filed a motion against former Selma High School teacher Latangela Williams days after she was let out of jail for a “free” day.
District Attorney Michael Jackson is asking she serve the full 10 year sentence and that she be moved to another jail with tighter restrictions.
Williams is about two months into a 14-month sentence in the Dallas County Jail — after pleading guilty to having sex — and sexual contact — with two students. Â Â
A judge has yet to set hearing date on Jackson’s request.
