Car Chase Ends With Robbery Suspect Slamming Into Pole
The driver of a car slams into a utility pole and flees in Troy.
It happened on Elm Street near the police station around 9 p.m. Tuesday.
Troy police say the car was stolen after a robbery.The suspect led police on a high speed chase through Troy.
It ended with the car hitting the utility pole and the suspect fleeing.
Police say they do know who they are looking for, but a name has not been released.
No one was injured.
Some homes in the area were without power as crews worked to replace the pole.
