We encouraged businesses and church groups to get involved in our Magical Christmas Toy Drive and today we had our work cut out for us hauling all the toys from very generous area businesses.

Employees at Adams Drugs went above and beyond, collecting hundreds of toys for Alabama News Network’s Magical Christmas Toy Drive. They had a friendly competition to see which of the twelve locations could round up the most toys. The Wetumpka location won. Also Buffalo Rock employees donated hundreds of toys, stuffing our Alabama News Network live truck.

Carl Bledsoe, Pharmacy Manager said, “It means everything to me personally and our staff they all are real big into helping the community and our patients so we are just excited to be a part of it.”

Keith Bazzle, Division Support Manager Buffalo Rock said, “Well it’s saying a lot for our employees to pitch in and I know they have a lot of families of their own but to be able to give to others, just appreciative of them.”

You have until Sunday to drop off toys.
