Union Springs held its “Christmas for children” event today, helping out hundreds of kids.
The event was sponsored by the Greg Wren Sunday school class at first Baptist Church in Montgomery.
People of Conecuh Springs Christian School were able to bring Christmas to about 40 families with 125 kids.
Lunch and fruit baskets were given to the families along with Christmas presents.
This was an event for Conecuh Springs Christian Academy to show their appreciation.
Last year they provided Christmas gifts and food to 12 families including 35 children…so the numbers have increased.
