Ahead of Valentine’s Day, Saturday was the perfect chance to check up on the health of your heart.
Baptist Medical Center held its fifth annual love your heart screening event.
For just twenty dollars the hospital checked out important heart health factors, like cholesterol, blood pressure, and blood sugar. Over 100 people registered for the event, which staff say is all about awareness and education.
Several people were even rushed to the E-R because of problems found during the tests.
