Chef’s Corner with Stacey Little: Pimento Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 lb block sharp cheddar
  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 4oz jar chopped pimentos, drained
  • 2 tablespoons grated onion
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Grate cheese.
  2. Combine shredded cheddar, cream cheese, mayo, pimentos, grated onion, black pepper, and garlic. Stir to combine.
  3. Add salt to taste.
