Chef’s Corner with Stacey Little: Pimento Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 lb block sharp cheddar
- 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 4oz jar chopped pimentos, drained
- 2 tablespoons grated onion
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Grate cheese.
- Combine shredded cheddar, cream cheese, mayo, pimentos, grated onion, black pepper, and garlic. Stir to combine.
- Add salt to taste.
