River Region Walk for Multiple Sclerosis
Hundreds of walkers and organizers came together today to help fight Multiple Sclerosis. The walk took place at river walk stadium. It’s an opportunity for people living with M-S and those who care about them to connect, join together, and raise critical funds for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Proceeds raised will support cutting edge multiple sclerosis research and life changing services to help more than seven thousand people in Alabama and Mississippi living with the disease. Their fundraising goal was to reach fifty thousand dollars, and they came just shy of that goal.
