Third Suspect in Prattville Murder Case Arrested in Colorado

On June 8, at approximately 2:30pm (CST), the United States Marshals Service arrested Santwone Cornelius Jones at Mountain View Inn/Hotel in Lakewood, CO.

Jones was wanted for the May 22, robbery and murder of John Michael Taylor that occurred in Prattville, AL.

There are no further details of the arrest available at this time and Prattville Police Department is working with the District Attorney’s Office to start the extradition process. Prattville Police Department would like to express their appreciation to the United States Marshals Service for their assistance in locating and arresting Jones.
