Brundidge Authorities Investigating Burglaries

Brundidge authorities are trying to find out who is responsible for a rash of burglaries in the city.

Police say not only have homes been broken into but also Jones Animal Clinic and the Pine Valley Apartment Complex office.  Don dickard of C.L Dickard Lumber Company says someone recently broke-in to his business taking a gun and several other items. Authorities have not arrested anyone for the burglaries yet but they do have a suspect in mind for the veterinary clinic burglary. Dickard says he wishes more traffic cameras were in the area to catch thieves.

“I know the city has some traffic cameras and i think they can be moved around. I don’t think there was one on this street on the occasion when the burglary took place,” says Dickard.

If you have any information on any of these incidents, you are asked to call the Brundidge Police Department at 735-3333.
