Selma Murder Suspect Gets Million Dollar Bond

The murder suspect who was able to elude authorities for weeks is now behind bars held on a million dollar bond.

Authorities say VaDarrious Hall of Selma was captured by U-S Marshals last week in Florida.

Hall was wanted in the shooting death of Jermaine Tarver of Lowndesboro. He was able to elude police and skip town with the help of two girlfriends.

“He high-tailed it out of here but he was tracked down and they got him and brought him back,” said Dallas County District Attorney Michael Jackson. “And now he has a high bond and he sitting in the Dallas County Jail.”

Jackson says a preliminary hearing has been scheduled for August 16th.
