Auburn sells out Clemson season-opener

AUBURN, Ala. (auburntigers.com) – The Auburn Athletics ticket office has announced a sellout for Saturday’s football 2016 opener vs. Clemson at Jordan-Hare Stadium.  Game time is set for 8 p.m. CT on ESPN.

REPLY BUY: Tickets that become available from unused reserved allotments will be sold through Reply Buy, beginning Friday, Sept. 2.  Fans who register for the program will receive customized notifications when tickets become available, enabling them to purchase tickets on-demand in a matter of seconds via text message. The faster fans respond, the better their seat locations will be. Electronic tickets will be delivered to a buyer’s phone instantly upon purchase and can be scanned at the event.

COUNTERFEIT TICKETS: The Auburn Athletics Ticket Office reminds fans to use caution regarding the possibility of counterfeit tickets. The only authorized outlets to sell tickets are the Auburn Ticket Office, opposing school ticket offices (Clemson), ReplyBuy and Stub Hub. Purchasing tickets from other sources is done at the buyers’ own risk.

The City of Auburn requires all individuals re-selling tickets to obtain a permit. Permits will include a city-issued badge with photo identification.  The permit does not legitimize the sellers as Auburn University representatives, nor does it validate the tickets they are selling.

2016 FOOTBALL TICKETS: Fans that would like to see the Auburn Tigers in person in Jordan-Hare Stadium this season can purchase a 7-game pack for the remainder of the 2016 home season for $350, a 3-game pack for games against Texas A&M, Arkansas and Vanderbilt for $175, and single game tickets for games against Arkansas State (9/10), Texas A&M (9/17), ULM (10/1), Arkansas (10/22), Vanderbilt (11/5) and Alabama A&M (11/19).
