Faith Matters: Pike Liberal Arts Bible Experience
Pike Liberal Arts students are spending the semester learning about the bible during school hours.
The school offers a bible class for students. Zach Johnson is teaching the class for the first year. Johnson has included group projects and discussion on lessons in the class. So far he says there has been a great response from students in the classes. For the class, every student is provided of their own from the school.
“At the end of the year, that’s theirs to keep so they may have a dozen bibles at home or they may have never owned a bible. Either way when they out of this class they will have one,” says Johnson.
Right now Pike Liberal Arts offers the class for students in grades 8th through 12th.
