Auburn gymnasts get tube time
AUBURN, Ala. (auburntigers.com) – Four Auburn gymnastics meets will be televised live nationally on the SEC Network this season, the Southeastern Conference announced Wednesday.
Two of the Tigers’ conference home meets will be broadcast live. Auburn’s first SEC matchup of the season vs. rival Georgia, Jan. 13, will be aired at 6 p.m. CT, while the team’s faceoff with 2016 NCAA runner up LSU will be televised at7:30 p.m. CT, Feb. 24.
A pair of road meets are set to also be aired live on SEC Network. The Tigers travel to 2016 SEC Champion Florida, Jan. 27, and the meet will be live at 6 p.m. CT. Auburn’s rivalry meet at Alabama, Feb. 17, will be broadcast starting at7:30 p.m. CT.
The team’s remaining SEC meets – at Kentucky (Jan. 20), vs. Arkansas (Feb. 3), at Missouri (March 3) – will be streamed live on SEC Network+. Auburn’s meet vs. Kentucky will be re-aired Jan. 23 at 9 p.m. CT on SEC Network. The Tigers vs. the Razorbacks will re-air Feb. 7 at 4:30 p.m. CT on ESPNU, while the Mizzou meet will be shown March 5 at 11:30 a.m. CT on SEC Network.
