Dog shot, killed and thrown over neighbor’s fence

It’s a dog owner’s worst nightmare, finding their dog shot and killed.  Georgia Snow says that’s exactly what happened to her after her dog, Rascal, went missing last week.

A few days later Rascal was found in shot and killed, thrown over her neighbor’s fence.  Snow does not understand why anyone would do this.

“Just evil people because I mean he was just a puppy, he was just a baby, he loved everyone,” she explained.

A few days later, the neighbor found a dead cat in his yard who had been shot as well.

The incidents are under investigation at this time but no arrests have been made.
