Hundreds Line Up for Turkey Day Classic Parade
Alabama State University ended their week of festivities before Thursday big game against Miles College, with their Turkey Day Classic Parade.
Hundreds of people lined Dexter Avenue for this year’s parade. Comedian Steve Harvey made a special appearance. Several bands and ASU student organizations also led the parade. ASU fans say they are satisfied with this year’s events and hope next year’s Turkey Day classic is bigger and better.
“Having grown up here in Montgomery this is a life-long tradition for myself and i’m trying to make it a tradition for my grand baby here. on Thanksgiving this is what we know,” says ASU fan Charles Dillihay.
