Home Surveillance Footage Raises Concerns

A homeowner in the McGehee Estates neighborhood captured something startling on her home surveillance cameras Wednesday morning.  Katherine Hert says she found a man in a black Mercedes who shouldn’t have been at her house.

“He walked right up here and then proceeded to walk up the walkway to my front door,” she explained.

Hert says her house has been broken into in the past and that the car in the video has been spotted in other incidents similar to this one.

“I’m not taking any chances,” Hert shared, “I didn’t know this individual, I wasn’t expecting anyone, so there was no reason for him to be on my property.”

Hert called the Montgomery Police Department and when they arrived at the home the man was gone.  They say that no crimes were committed.
