The ranking is from Wallet Hub dot com, which ranked the top cities based on several statistics:
“WalletHub’s data team compared 150 of the most populated U.S. cities across 34 key indicators of good health. Our data set ranges from “cost of doctor visit” to “fruit and vegetable consumption” to “fitness clubs per capita.”
Alabama city rankings:
Huntsville: #88 (#4 for the lowest cost of medicine).
Birmingham: #119 (#2 for Highest % of adults who eat less than one serving
of vegetables a day).
Montgomery: #129 (#5 for lowest cost of a medical visit).
Mobile: #138 (#1 for premature death rate).
