2 Montgomery Students Robbed in Separate Incidents on the Way to School
Montgomery Police Department is investigating the robberies of two teenage students yesterday between 7 and 8 a.m.
One occurred on Potomac Avenue and one on Plymouth Street. Property was taken from both victims, but neither was injured.
Parents of students at Davis and Carver elementary schools, Bellingrath Middle, and Carver and Lanier High Schools were asked to remind students about safety.
Carver was locked down for about 5 minutes yesterday after one of the incidents.
There have been no arrests at this point in the investigation.
