Selma Man Arrested for Death of Another Selma Man

A Selma man has been arrested in the death of a 42-year-old man last week.

Selma Police Chief Spencer Collier said Sunday that 34-year-old Winston Harris was arrested and charged with murder in the death of Ricky Dewayne Sanders.

Both men lived in Selma.

Sanders’ body was found Friday morning on a Selma street. Collier said investigators are not yet releasing information about how he died.

Harris is being held at the Dallas County Jail. There is no record of an attorney for him yet.
