UPDATE: Victim Identified in Fatal Madison Avenue McDonald’s Shooting
The Montgomery Police Department is conducting a homicide investigation following the Thursday evening shooting death of Ty’Riq Moon, 20, of Montgomery.
MPD and Fire Medics responded to the McDonald’s on Madison Avenue on Thursday, Sept. 5, at about 9:23 p.m. in reference to a possible shooting. At the scene, they located Moon who had sustained a fatal gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead
on the scene.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting are under investigation. No arrests have been made at this time, and no additional information is available for release in connection to this continuing investigation.
