Elmore County Superintendent: ‘Budget Looking Positive for 2021 School Year’
The Elmore County Board of Education held one of two scheduled budget hearings Tuesday night. Superintendent Richard Dennis says the numbers for the 2021 school year look positive. Dennis also praised the school system’s current child nutrition program for its success and its efforts in securing chrome books for it’s more than 11,000 students.
“We are looking at how we manage our federal funds that we are obviously getting through the cares act how do you manage those how are you making those productive taking advantage of these fundings to help you with your Technology program”, Dennis said.
