UPDATE: Man Identified Who Was Killed in Boat Wreck on Lake Harding in Lee County

Alabama Marine Police say a man has been killed in a boat wreck on Lake Harding in Lee County.

Investigators say at about 6:20 this morning, 58-year-old Walter Mitchell of Valley was killed when his fishing boat hit another fishing boat.

The wreck happened in Halawakee Creek off of the Lee County Road 368 point. That is near the Georgia state line.
