Pike Road’s Mellow Mushroom is now open
The new Mellow Mushroom in Pike Road is now open.
Officials from the Town of Pike Road, joined by the owners of the restaurant, held a ribbon cutting this morning before it officially opened to the public.
The restaurant is located at 9559 Vaughn Road. It’s in the same complex as Pike Road Town Hall.
Based out of Atlanta, the pizza chain says it offers “fresh, stone-baked pizzas in an eclectic, art-filled, and family-friendly environment.”
This is the only Mellow Mushroom in the River Region. Mellow Mushroom used to have locations in downtown Montgomery, East Montgomery and Prattville.
