If approved, the gas station would be located on Vaughn Road next to Golden Animal Hospital, across from town hall.
Dogwood Media Solutions is located at 65B Scotia Drive, just off Chantilly Parkway.
Construction is already underway for the Pike Road location.
The council voted 4-1 in favor of rezoning the property on Vaughn Road.

Montgomery County Commission Chairman Doug Singleton said this includes the City of Montgomery, Town of Pike Road and Montgomery County.
Alabama State Troopers say a pedestrian has died after an accident in the Pike Road area.
Deputies were called to the 12000 block of Highway 80 E. in response to gas stations in that area being robbed.
Firefighters were called to Bright Spot Street in The Waters community just after 9 p.m.
