Montgomery man charged in 2023 murder
Police have charged a Montgomery man with a murder from last year.
Montgomery police say they have charged 34-year-old Irvin Messino in the shooting death of 45-year-old Dario Juarez.
As Action 8 News has reported, Juarez was shot August 19, 2023, in the 2500 block of Locust Street, which is just off Ann Street.
Police say Messino was arrested in October of 2023 in Calhoun County on unrelated charges. He has been taken to the Montgomery County Detention Facility.
