8 ON YOUR SIDE CONSUMER ALERT: Subaru recalling nearly 120,000 vehicles
8 ON YOUR SIDE CONSUMER ALERT: Subaru is recalling nearly 120,000 vehicles over potentially faulty air bag sensors.
The recall involves 2020-2022 Outback and Legacy models.
A capacitor in the occupant detection system sensors may crack and short-circuit. That could prevent the front passenger air bag from deploying in a crash.
Dealers will replace the sensors for free.
Owners will get instructions by mail.
