Ozark man dies in Pike County crash
A single-vehicle crash in Pike County has claimed the life of an Ozark man.
The crash happened around 6:15 a.m. Wednesday on U.S. 231 near the 59 mile marker, approximately four miles south of Brundidge.
Troopers say 27-year-old Radarress Odell Haynes was fatally injured when the 1994 Chevrolet Camaro he was driving left the roadway and struck a utility pole, a sign and two unoccupied parked pickups.
Troopers say Haynes was not using a seatbelt at the time of the crash and pronounced dead on the scene.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
