11 new Montgomery firefighters graduate from training
Montgomery Fire and Rescue welcomed some new firefighters this week.
11 new certified firefighters graduated from Trainee Class 2024-A Thursday.
The class started in February with 19 candidates.
During the seven months of training, the course focused on 12 weeks of EMT basic training with the remaining 10 weeks dedicated to fire suppression classes.
Another trainee group of firefighters will be graduating in the beginning of 2025.
