A single-vehicle crash on I-65 has claimed the life of a Montgomery man.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency tells Action 8 News that around 9:20 p.m. Tuesday, 49-year-old Christopher Miller was fatally injured when the 2001 Toyota Camry he was driving left the roadway and struck a guardrail.
Troopers say Miller was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, was ejected and pronounced dead on the scene.
The fatal crash happened on I-65 near the 173 mile marker, approximately three miles south of Millbrook.
ALEA’s Highway Patrol Division is investigating the cause of the crash.
