Beyond a War documentary premiers at Davis Theatre in Montgomery
A special documentary premiered Sunday evening in the Capitol City. ‘Beyond a War’ is a short film about how Troy University and Duy Tan University in Vietnam bridged a gap between Vietnam and the U.S. following the Vietnam War.
The journey of reconciliation and collaboration between Troy University Chancellor Dr. Jack Hawkins and the president of Duy Tan University is highlighted in this compelling documentary. The screening was open to the public at the Davis Theatre, with a special invitation toward veterans and their families.
