Montgomery man charged in September murder case

A Montgomery man who was already in jail has been charged with murder in a fatal shooting that happened in September, police say.

Police say 22-year-old Ken’Tarious Burden of Montgomery is charged with killing 25-year-old Terrell Fuller of Montgomery on September 14.

As Action 8 News has reported, Fuller was shot and killed at about 1:40PM that afternoon in the 3200 block of Virginia Pines Lane, just off Virginia Loop Road.

Police say Burden was located in the Montgomery County Detention Facility on unrelated charges and served with the Murder warrant. He will remain in the Montgomery County Detention Facility under no bond, police say.
