Greenville High School Listed on State’s Priority Schools List
Greenville High School has received a score of 57 with the release of the Alabama State Board of Education Report card. Placing the school on the once labeled failing, now referred to as the “Priority Schools” list.
Overall, the Butler County School system scored three B’s a C and an F awarded to Greenville High School.
State report cards are calculated from previous year statistics.  Because of the year difference Superintendent Joseph Eiland and Assistant Superintendents Reta McClain and Lisa Adair say GHS’s scathing report card isn’t a reflection of current student performance. Citing that Greenville High School has made steady improvements since 2017.
