Police investigating weekend shooting in downtown Montgomery
Montgomery police are investigating a shooting that happened downtown over the weekend.
Lt. David Wise tells Action 8 News that around 11:35 p.m. Saturday, police responded to the 200 block of Commerce Street.
Once they arrived, they found damage to a vehicle and buildings as a result of gunfire. Action 8 News has confirmed one of the businesses damaged was the Lower Lounge on Tallapoosa Street, which is around the corner from Commerce Street.
No one was injured in the shooting.
