Hundreds attend annual Prattville Independence Day Parade
Hundreds came out this morning for the City of Prattville’s annual Independence Day parade.
This year’s Grand Marshal was John Blumentritt. Blumentritt is retired from the Air Force after serving as a pilot for 26 years.
The parade made its way through the streets of downtown Friday morning, featuring floats, candy, music and much more.
And if you were there, you would have seen Action 8’s Carrington Cole in Thunder Truck.
After the parade, the Lions Club held its annual barbecue at Pratt Park, while cardboard boat races took place over at Pratt Pool.
The grand finale ended with a fireworks show from the Clock Tower at Legends Circle.
