Kidney education conference coming to Montgomery this weekend
A kidney education conference is coming to downtown Montgomery this weekend.
The Alabama Kidney Foundation is hosting the Montgomery AKF Kidney CON, a free event that allows kidney patients and their family members and/or caregivers to learn more about kidney disease from healthcare experts and ask any questions they might have.
Some of the topics include things like kidney transplants, kidney health & diet, insurance, mental health, and much more.
The conference will take place Sunday, November 9 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the RSA Activity Center on Dexter Avenue.
