Action 8’s Magical Christmas Toy Drive: Justin Jackson of South University
For a dozen years, Action 8 has presented our Magical Christmas Toy Drive to benefit the Salvation Army of Montgomery. One of our partners is South University.
From now through December 10, we are collecting new, unwrapped toys that will be distributed to registered families right here in our area.
Our Ben Lang spoke with Justin Jackson of South University who told us why he believes you should get involved with the Magical Christmas Toy Drive in these final days.
“It’s most definitely worth it to partner in the Toy Drive this year — don’t pressure yourself to get the high-priced items, but just give that experience to kids that are unable to enjoy Christmas like others that are more fortunate,” he said.
Once again this year, our Toy Vault is at the Shoppes at EastChase, to the left of Books-a-Million. In the weeks to come, that space will be filled with toys, thanks to our viewers and our sponsors.
