Montgomery police charge suspect in September 2025 homicide

Montgomery police have charged a suspect in a September 2025 homicide.

It happened around 6:51 p.m. on September 26 in the 500 block of Stone Street.

Once officers arrived, they found 34-year-old Jasmine Chillous, of Montgomery, dead from a gunshot wound.

Police have charged 37-year-old Demitrius Tucker with murder.

Tucker was taken into custody Thursday morning and is currently in the Montgomery County Detention Facility.
