ACTION 8 UPDATE: Name released of man killed in west Montgomery homicide
Montgomery police are investigating a shooting that left one man dead.
It happened around 1:55 p.m. Friday in the area of Old Selma Road and Alan Lane.
Once officers arrived, they found a man with fatal injuries from a gunshot wound.
He has been identified as 57-year-old Aldric Patterson of Montgomery.
No word on any suspects at this time.
This is the city’s third homicide of the year.
