Woman injured in Montgomery shooting
Montgomery police are investigating a shooting that injured a woman.
It happened around 10:37 a.m. Wednesday in the 1800 block of Cotton Court. That area is between Lower Wetumpka Road and Fairground Road.
Once officers arrived, they found the adult female victim with a non-life threatening gunshot wound.
The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
No word on suspects at this time.
