ACTION 8 UPDATE: Second suspect charged in fatal shooting in Montgomery

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WAKA) – Montgomery police have now charged a second suspect in the fatal shooting of a man from earlier this month.

Police have charged 39-year-old Curtis Julius with murder in the death of 40-year-old Eldrick McNeal of Montgomery.

As Action 8 News has reported, on Thursday, June 11, police were called to the 3400 block of Texas Street. That’s where McNeal was found and pronounced dead.

Police have already charged 37-year-old Travis Delbridge with murder in McNeal’s death.
