CAMPAIGN 2026: Barry Moore wins Republican runoff for U.S. Senate
ENTERPRISE, Ala. (WAKA) – Barry Moore has won the Republican runoff for U.S. Senate.
Action 8 News was in Enterprise as Moore was declared the winner after beating Jared Hudson 56% to 44%. Moore is a sitting Alabama Congressman while Hudson is a former U.S. Navy SEAL.
Moore will move on to face Democratic nominee Everett Wess, a Birmingham attorney, in the November 3 general election. Wess defeated Dakarai Larriett 55% to 45% in the Democratic runoff.
