ACTION 8 UPDATE: Montgomery police make arrest in May homicide

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WAKA) – Montgomery police have charged a suspect in a fatal shooting that happened in May.

Police say 25-year-old Keontay Jacobs has been charged with two counts of capital murder in the death of 30-year-old Quintrell Martin of Montgomery.

Martin was shot and killed in the 30 block of Davis Drive on Monday, May 25.

Police say evidence indicates this was a targeted incident and not a random act.
