People Gathered for Family Fun Day in the River Region
Despite the heat across the River Region people from North Montgomery gathered together for their family fun day.
About 100 people were expected at the Newtown Community Center.
The fun day included a cook-out, a bouncy house, and even a waterslide to help beat the heat.
The best part was, it was all free for the kids.
Organizers say the family fun day is a great way to help strengthen the community.Â
Everything at the fun day was donated by the community.
