Man Accused in “Critterman” Murder Plot to Get New Trial

A man convicted of the murder of Ralph McNeil, also known as “Skip the Critterman” will get a new trial.

A judge has ordered a new trial for David Nash because of juror misconduct.

The new trial will start May 19th.

He was accused of being part of a plot to murder McNeil, who was involved in a custody dispute with Nash’s girlfriend, Serenna English.

Nash was sentenced to life without parole.

English and two other defendants, cousins Kindall and Jeremy Riley, pleaded guilty to being part of the murder plot.
