Troy set to host Alabama State in 2026
The Trojans will host Alabama State at Veterans Memorial Stadium in 2026. The game is set to take place on September 12th, 2026.
This will be the first meeting between the two teams since 2017 when the Trojans defeated the Hornets 34-7. This will also be the 17th all-time meeting between the two.
Troy has won the last eleven games in the series and leads it overall 14-2. The two teams first met for a three game run from 1974 to 1976 and didn’t meet again until 1989. After the 1989 meeting the Trojans and the Hornets played every year until 2000 with the exception of 1990.
